Terms of Use
Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Tinted iOS application ("App") operated by Mon App Studio ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the App
Tinted is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the App. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. Color Analysis Is Not Professional Advice
Tinted uses AI to analyze color and suggest personalized palettes, makeup shades, and styling guidance. These results are for personal, cosmetic, and entertainment purposes only. They are subjective suggestions generated by software — not professional styling, medical, or dermatological advice — and may vary based on lighting, camera, and other conditions. Use your own judgment when making purchasing or styling decisions.
3. Your Photo & Content
You confirm that you have the right to use any photo you capture or select within the App. Tinted analyzes your photo on your device; the image is not uploaded to or stored on our servers (see our Privacy Policy). You retain all rights to your own photos.
4. Subscriptions & Free Trial
Tinted offers premium features through an auto-renewing subscription, processed through Apple's in-app purchase system. Plans and pricing are shown in the App and may include:
- A weekly plan at $6.99/week, including a 3-day free trial for new subscribers.
- An annual plan at $49.99/year.
Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. The following terms apply:
- If you start a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period.
- Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (including the free trial), your subscription automatically renews and your Apple ID is charged for the next period.
- Your Apple ID is charged upon purchase confirmation and at each renewal.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iPhone Settings under your Apple ID.
- Refunds are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policy.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to upload unlawful content, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or to use it in any way that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.
6. Intellectual Property
All App content, design, palettes, text, and code are the property of Mon App Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your personalized results are yours to use for your own personal purposes.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that analysis results will meet your specific expectations.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mon App Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
9. Changes to the App or Terms
We may modify, update, or discontinue the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
