Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Would You Rather Party Game iOS application ("App") operated by Mon App Studio ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the App
Would You Rather Party Game is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial entertainment use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the App. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. Game Content
The App contains "Would You Rather" questions organized in categories for entertainment purposes. Some categories are labeled for mature audiences (18+). By accessing the Adult category, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
3. In-App Purchases
The App offers optional in-app purchases to unlock additional categories, processed through Apple's in-app purchase system.
- All purchases are one-time (lifetime access) unless otherwise stated.
- Your Apple ID will be charged upon purchase confirmation.
- Purchases can be restored on any device using the same Apple ID.
- Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.
4. Intellectual Property
All App content, questions, design, and code are the property of Mon App Studio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App's content.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. The questions are intended for entertainment — any resemblance to real situations is coincidental.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mon App Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
7. Changes to the App or Terms
We may modify or discontinue the App at any time. Continued use after changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
