Terms of Use
Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the WanderPix iOS application ("App") operated by Mon App Studio ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the App
WanderPix is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial entertainment use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the App. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. AI-Generated Content & Acceptable Use
WanderPix generates fictional, AI-created images for entertainment purposes. By using the App, you agree that:
- All generated content is clearly artificial and must not be presented as real.
- You will not use generated content to harass, defame, or harm any individual.
- You will not create or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery.
- You will not use generated content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
3. Photo Uploads
By uploading a photo to WanderPix, you confirm that you have the right to use that photo and that its use complies with these Terms and applicable law. Do not upload photos of individuals without their consent.
4. Subscriptions & Purchases
WanderPix may offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions processed through Apple's in-app purchase system.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Your Apple ID will be charged upon purchase confirmation and at each renewal.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in iPhone Settings under your Apple ID.
- Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All App content, design, and code are the property of Mon App Studio and protected by applicable laws.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce results meeting your specific expectations.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mon App Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Changes to the App or Terms
We may modify or discontinue the App at any time. Continued use after changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
