Terms of Use
Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the FanBadge iOS application ("App") operated by Mon App Studio ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the App
FanBadge is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the App. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. Subscriptions
FanBadge offers an optional "FanBadge All Access" subscription available on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions are processed and managed through Apple's in-app purchase system and governed by Apple's terms and conditions.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your Apple ID account will be charged upon purchase confirmation and at the start of each renewal period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone Settings under your Apple ID.
- No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period, except where required by applicable law.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and graphics within the App are the property of Mon App Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Football club names, logos, and related marks are the property of their respective owners. FanBadge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any football club or league.
4. Content Accuracy
Fixture and match data displayed in the App is sourced from third-party data providers. While we strive to keep information accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of this data. You should not rely solely on the App for time-sensitive decisions.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mon App Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App.
7. Changes to the App or Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
