This Privacy Policy describes how Mon App Studio ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the FanBadge iOS application ("App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
FanBadge does not require you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information. No user data is stored on our servers.
2. Information Collected Automatically
The App uses third-party services that may collect limited technical data as described below. We do not sell or share this data with any other parties.
3. Third-Party Services
Firebase (Google LLC)
We use Firebase Firestore to fetch football fixture and team data. Firebase may collect standard technical information such as device identifiers and IP addresses to provide and improve its service. This data is processed by Google in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
RevenueCat
We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat processes purchase information through Apple's in-app purchase system and may collect anonymous usage data (such as subscription status and device identifiers) to manage your entitlements. No payment information is directly handled by the App or by us. For details, see RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
4. Photo Library Access
FanBadge may request access to your photo library if you choose to set a custom background image for your widget. Photos you select are used solely to render the widget on your device and are never uploaded to any server or shared with anyone.
5. Data Retention
We do not store personal data on our own servers. Any data retained by third-party services (Firebase, RevenueCat) is governed by their respective privacy policies.
6. Children's Privacy
FanBadge is not directed at children under the age of 4. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
