Terms of Use
Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Drivora iOS application ("App") operated by Mon App Studio ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
Drivora is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial entertainment use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the App. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. AI-Generated Content & Acceptable Use
Drivora generates fictional, AI-created images of vehicles, scenes, and (optionally) the user. By using the App, you agree that:
- All generated content is artificial and must not be presented as real photographs or factual evidence.
- You will not use generated content to harass, defame, mislead, or harm any individual or group.
- You will not create or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery, content depicting minors in any inappropriate manner, or content that infringes the rights of others.
- You will not impersonate any third party using their likeness without consent.
- You will not use generated content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
- You will not use the App to attempt to misrepresent ownership of vehicles for the purpose of fraud or sale (e.g., using AI shots in a vehicle listing).
3. Photo Uploads
By uploading a photo to Drivora, you confirm that you have the right to use that photo and that its use complies with these Terms and applicable law. Do not upload photos of vehicles or individuals where you do not have permission to do so. Trademarks (such as car manufacturer logos and badges) belong to their respective owners; AI generations are stylised renderings for personal entertainment only and do not imply any endorsement.
4. Subscriptions, Credits & Purchases
Drivora may offer optional in-app purchases and subscriptions processed through Apple's in-app purchase system.
- Credits purchased as one-time packs are consumable and are spent each time you generate an image. Unused credits remain associated with your device's anonymous identifier.
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Your Apple ID will be charged upon purchase confirmation and at each renewal.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in iPhone Settings under your Apple ID. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period remains active until it ends.
- Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy. Credits already consumed by a successful generation are not refundable.
5. Intellectual Property
All App content, design, code, scene templates, and the Drivora name are the property of Mon App Studio and protected by applicable laws. You retain rights in the photos you upload; you grant us a limited licence to process them solely to deliver your requested generation.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated results will meet your expectations of quality, likeness, or vehicle accuracy.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mon App Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses.
8. Changes to the App or Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. We may also update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
