Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Mon App Studio ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the Drivora iOS application ("App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how the App works.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
Drivora does not require you to create an account with personal details. We do not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information that you do not explicitly provide. The App uses an anonymous identifier so that your purchases and credit balance can be associated with your device.
2. Photos & Media
The App requires access to your photo library or camera so that you can select a photo of your car (or, where applicable, a personal photo) to use as input for AI generation. Uploaded photos are transmitted securely to our AI processing servers solely to generate your requested result. We do not use your photos for training, advertising, or any other purpose; we do not share them with unrelated third parties; and we do not retain them beyond what is necessary to complete your request.
3. Third-Party Services
Firebase (Google LLC)
We use Firebase for backend infrastructure, including authentication, secure data transmission, push notifications, and cloud functions that power AI generation. Firebase may collect standard technical data (device identifiers, IP addresses, crash logs) in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
RevenueCat
We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions and one-time purchases. RevenueCat processes transaction data through Apple's in-app purchase system. No payment card information is handled by us. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
Fal.ai
We use Fal.ai as our AI image generation provider. The photos you submit are forwarded to Fal.ai solely to produce the requested generation, then discarded. See Fal.ai's Privacy Policy.
4. AI-Generated Content
Drivora uses AI to create fictional, entertainment-only images of vehicles and (optionally) the user, placed into stylised scenes. All generated content is artificial and intended for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Generated images are not photographs of real events.
5. Data Retention
We do not permanently store the photos you upload, nor the generated outputs, on our servers beyond what is needed to deliver your generation. Your subscription and credit-balance state is retained as long as your account is active so that purchases remain valid across device reinstalls. Subscription-related data retained by RevenueCat or Apple is governed by their respective policies.
6. Children's Privacy
Drivora is not directed at children under the age of 4. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data we hold about you. Because the App does not collect personally identifiable information, most of these rights are satisfied by uninstalling the App. For other requests, contact us at the address below.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
