Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Mon App Studio ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the CelebCam iOS application ("App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
CelebCam does not require you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information that you do not explicitly provide. Photos you upload are processed to generate AI results and are not permanently stored on our servers beyond what is necessary to complete your request.
2. Photos & Media
The App requires access to your photo library or camera to select the photo used for AI generation. Uploaded photos are transmitted securely to our AI processing servers solely to generate your requested celebrity photo or video. We do not use your photos for any other purpose, share them with third parties, or retain them beyond the generation process.
3. Third-Party Services
Firebase (Google LLC)
We use Firebase for backend infrastructure, including secure data transmission and cloud functions that power AI generation. Firebase may collect standard technical data (device identifiers, IP addresses) in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
RevenueCat
We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions and purchases. RevenueCat processes transaction data through Apple's in-app purchase system. No payment card information is handled by us. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
4. AI-Generated Content
CelebCam uses AI to create fictional, entertainment-only images and videos. All generated content featuring celebrity likenesses is clearly artificial and intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
5. Data Retention
We do not permanently store your photos or generated images on our servers. Temporary processing data is deleted promptly after generation is complete. Any subscription-related data retained by RevenueCat is governed by their policy.
6. Children's Privacy
CelebCam is not directed at children under the age of 4. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.
